Discovery and requirements gathering
Hispars engineering and account teams meet with the clients technical and business stakeholders to understand current infrastructure, growth projections, compliance obligations, and the specific pain points driving the engagement. This stage typically produces a requirements document that both sides sign off on before any design work begins.
Architecture and solution design
Hispar's solution architects translate the agreed requirements into a concrete technical design — covering data centre placement, network topology, security architecture, and cloud or managed-service components as relevant — along with a proposed RTO/RPO framework and SLA terms.
Commercial agreement and SLA
Once the design is approved, commercial terms and a formal SLA are agreed, covering uptime commitments, response times, escalation paths, and the specific metrics against which Hispar's performance will be measured throughout the engagement.
Software-Defined Networking
Hispar's field and depot engineering teams carry out the physical and logical implementation — installing hardware, configuring network and security policy, and migrating workloads where relevant — followed by structured testing against the agreed design before go-live.
Go-live, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Once live, the client's environment is brought under Hispar's SNOC monitoring umbrella, with regular service reviews to assess performance against SLA commitments and to plan future capacity or security enhancements as the client's business evolves.
