Est. 2019 — Lahore, Pakistan

The facility, the exchange, and the SOC under one roof, one SLA.

Hispar Networks is Pakistan’s only organisation that owns and operates a certified data centre, delivers true carrier-neutral multi-ISP exchange services, and runs a live 24/7 cybersecurity operations centre — end to end, under a single accountable partner.

Why Choose Hispar Networks

Enterprise technology engineered for longevity.

01

One partner, full stack

Data centre, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and connectivity are delivered from one organisation, under one SLA — removing the coordination burden and finger-pointing risk that comes with stitching together four or five separate vendors.

02

Independently verified credentials

ANSI/TIA-942-B Rated-3 certification (EPI, Singapore), Kaspersky Platinum Partner status, and status as Pakistan's only certified Splunk training provider are all third-party verified, not self-declared.

03

Ownership, not tenancy

Hispar owns and operates its data centre facility rather than leasing capacity inside another provider's building, giving the company direct control over the physical redundancy, security, and long-term roadmap of the facility.

04

Proven at regulated scale

Live, operational deployments spanning 12,000 endpoints at a major bank, 7,500 endpoints and 500 servers/VMs at a major university, and a live federal government deployment demonstrate that Hispar's infrastructure has been tested against the highest-consequence environments in the country.

05

Always-on by design

A live, 24/7 automated SNOC — not an outsourced, shared, or business-hours-only security function — means client infrastructure is never left unmanned.

06

A roadmap, not just a vendor relationship

Consistent with the company's founding philosophy, Hispar frames every engagement around a multi-year infrastructure roadmap rather than a single transaction, so that today's investment continues to pay off as the client's business scales.

What makes Hispar different

Four characteristics separate Hispar Networks from a typical IT vendor or systems integrator in the region.

FACILITY

An operator, not a tenant

Hispar engineered and installed the biggest Tier-3 data centre in Pakistan's private sector — the second largest in the country overall — and later earned formal ANSI/TIA-942-B Rated-3 certification from EPI, Singapore.

CONNECTIVITY

A true carrier-neutral exchange

ISPs and carriers connect directly into Hispar's own facility rather than routing through a third party — and that facility links to every Tier-1 submarine cable landing station in Pakistan.

SECURITY

A live 24/7 SOC — not outsourced

Built on Splunk and a Kaspersky Platinum Partnership, the Security & Network Operations Centre monitors, correlates, and defends client environments in real time, around the clock.

ACCOUNTABILITY

One partner, one SLA

No landlord to chase, no separate security vendor, no separate connectivity provider. Facility, network, security, and managed services are delivered by one accountable organisation.

From a roadmap to a Rated-3 data centre

“Creating Networks and Power Systems that Evolve” — the founding thesis remains the guiding principle today.

  1. 2019

Hispar Networks founded in Lahore with a mission to deliver workable technology roadmaps rather than one-off hardware sales.

  2. Early growth

Engineering practice built around power generation, energy backup, and data centre installation, configuration, and commissioning.

  3. Data centre build

Hispar engineers and installs the biggest Tier-3 data centre in Pakistan's private sector — a Greenfield, Software-Defined Network facility from the ground up.

  4. Certification

The facility achieves ANSI/TIA-942-B Rated-3 certification, independently verified by EPI, Singapore.

  5. Security practice

Hispar becomes a Kaspersky Platinum Partner and the country's only certified Splunk training provider, laying the SOC's foundation.

  6. Regional expansion

Offices open in Karachi and Islamabad; Hispar International (FZC) is established in SAIF Zone, UAE.

  7. Regulated-sector deployments

Large-scale rollouts for Bank of Punjab (12,000 endpoints), University of Lahore (7,500 endpoints, 500 servers/VMs), and Wafaqi Mohtasib.

  8. Present day

A live 24/7 automated SNOC, a path to becoming Pakistan's first privately owned IXP, and 15+ active OEM partnerships.

A roadmap-first philosophy

Infrastructure should be planned years in advance, not reacted to.

As a user base grows, so does its footprint: data connectivity and transfers increase, power and storage capacity run out of headroom, and information exchange becomes more competitive and more rapid. Every enterprise eventually has to answer where it will position itself — and in what marketplace it will be competing — over the next decade.

Hispar’s answer is to deliver the vision, hardware, engineering, technology, and resources a company needs to evolve as a fast-growing entity, rather than being constrained by the infrastructure decisions of the past.

Vision

To be Pakistan’s leading, independently certified digital infrastructure operator — the trusted backbone behind banking, healthcare, higher education, government, and telecom.

Mission

Remove infrastructure as a source of risk and overhead: design networks and power systems that evolve alongside a client’s business, own and operate the facilities that host mission-critical workloads to an internationally verified standard, and maintain round-the-clock visibility so problems are caught before they become incidents.

Core values

ENG

World-class engineering

Global standards and components over local shortcuts — engineering rigour, not sales relationships, is the primary edge.

FIT

Solutions that are relevant

Roadmaps built for the scale and regulatory context mid-sized to large organisations actually operate in — not generic packages.

24/7

Always-on availability

Service is available whenever it's needed. Call-centre and managed services run on round-the-clock response, not business hours.

STD

Never compromising on quality

Quality, delivery time, and professional practice are a rising benchmark, continuously raised rather than settled once met.

SLA

Accountability under one roof

Data centre, network, security, and managed services from a single organisation — no vendor-blaming, no coverage gap.

One partner. One SLA.
