Client engagement and onboarding process
Because Hispar delivers infrastructure that regulated organisations depend on for daily operations, engagements follow a deliberately structured, five-stage process rather than an ad-hoc sales-and-install motion. Each stage produces a concrete deliverable before the next stage begins.
Stage 1 — Discovery and requirements gathering
Hispar's engineering and account teams meet with the client's technical and business stakeholders to understand current infrastructure, growth projections, compliance obligations, and the specific pain points driving the engagement. Produces a signed-off requirements document.
Stage 2 — Architecture and solution design
Hispar's solution architects translate the agreed requirements into a concrete technical design — data centre placement, network topology, security architecture, and cloud or managed-service components — along with a proposed RTO/RPO framework and SLA terms.
Stage 3 — Commercial agreement and SLA
Commercial terms and a formal SLA are agreed, covering uptime commitments, response times, escalation paths, and the specific metrics against which Hispar's performance will be measured.
Stage 4 — Implementation and testing
Hispar's field and depot engineering teams carry out the physical and logical implementation — installing hardware, configuring network and security policy, migrating workloads — followed by structured testing before go-live.
Stage 5 — Go-live, monitoring, and continuous improvement
The client's environment is brought under Hispar's SNOC monitoring umbrella, with regular service reviews to assess performance against SLA commitments and plan future capacity or security enhancements.

Why RTO and RPO matter
Two figures anchor almost every SLA Hispar signs with a client. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is the maximum length of time a system is allowed to be unavailable following a failure before it must be restored. Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is the maximum amount of data, measured in time, that the organisation can afford to lose in that same event — for example, an RPO of fifteen minutes means backups or replication must be frequent enough that, in the worst case, only the last fifteen minutes of data are at risk. Hispar agrees both figures explicitly with every cloud and data-centre tenant, rather than leaving them as an assumption.

Escalation, incident management, and service reviews
When an alert or incident is raised, it is triaged by the SNOC against a defined severity scale, escalated to the appropriate specialist team (network, security, or facilities), and tracked through to resolution with the client kept informed at each stage. Post-incident, a review is conducted to determine root cause and any changes needed to prevent recurrence.
Beyond day-to-day monitoring, Hispar conducts periodic service reviews with each client to assess performance against agreed SLA metrics, discuss capacity trends, and plan upcoming infrastructure or security enhancements — keeping the engagement aligned with Hispar's roadmap-first philosophy rather than treating the SLA as a static, one-time agreement.
